Ever had to fight with a rusty ratchet? That embarrassing feeling of trying to get it undone as fast as possible at a busy launch ramp while a bunch of angry boaters are honking and yelling. Problem solved! Savage Trailers has come to the rescue and released a set of three different straps made for boats and the harsh marine environment. Savage have put many hours into the design of these straps to ensure that they work for most boat/ trailer combinations and they've made the ratchets and hooks from stainless steel.

To further improve ease of use and protection of your boat, the ratchet end has been made short to keep the ratchet away from your precious gel-coat or shiny aluminium hull. There are three sizes to suit a variety of boats with an Australian first seven metre and 1.5 tonne rated strap to go over the gunwhales on larger boats.

Sizes include:

Transom: 1.6m long rated at 250kg per strap

Transom: 1.6m rated at 500kg per strap

Gunwhale:  7.0m long rated at 1500kg per strap
