PRO Series Trailers - Aluminium

Savage Trailers offers our PRO Series Aluminium Trailers as either Keel Series or Bunk Series.

Our PRO Series trailers are designed to provide a heavy duty but light weight trailer that maximises corrosion resistance.

Keel Series:

The Keel Roller Series are offered with polyurethane keel rollers and wobble rollers or carpeted bunks for fibreglass boats, while Alloy boats are built with hard keel rollers and wobble rollers or poly bunks.

Key features include:

• Australian Aluminium I Beam chassis and crossmembers
• Torsion bar suspension OR load sharing roller/rocker springs.
• Full bolt together construction with S/S bolts and Ubolts to eliminate fatigue cracking that can occur on welded aluminium trailers.
• Alloy Wheels including a Spare and Carrier to suit
• Polyurethane or HDPE rollers
• Knott jockey wheel
• S/S Calipers
• LED lights      
• Fabricated here in Australia

Bunk Series

 The Aluminium Bunk Series trailers are designed to provide a simple cost effective solution to trailering and storing large trailer boats. Mainly used for fibreglass boats but can be made to suit aluminium boats.

Features include: Torsion bar suspension OR load sharing roller/rocker springs.

• Full bolt together construction with S/S bolts and Ubolts to eliminate fatigue cracking that can occur on welded aluminium trailers.
• Alloy Wheels including a Spare and Carrier to suit
• Knott jockey wheel
• S/S Calipers
• LED lights      
• Fabricated here in Australia
• Stainless steel and Galvanised hardware throughout
• Keel Series: Australian made keel rollers
• Bunk Series: Large aluminium box section bunks with soft poly covering.
• Bunk Series: Two more carpet covered bunks for front section of boat
