Poly is 50mm(wide) x 12mm(thickness) with a groove for attaching with rivets/screws/bolts
This product suits aluminium boats as it can damage fibreglass hulls. This is why we recommended to use it with alloy boats only if you are using it to support your boat.
It can be used as ‘V Skids’ on trailers for fibreglass hulls that assist with centering the boat but won’t support the hull whilst travelling
We use it on most of our trailers built here at Savage Trailers
Shipping: To keep shipping prices as low as possible, the 3m length will be rolled. You may need to apply some heat (or leave in the sun) once you have received the poly to flatten it out. Pick-up is also welcome.
